Grover grew up in Central Missouri and graduated from Russellville high school in 2011. He then attended Lincoln University where he focused on general studies before starting the Physical Therapist Assistant program at State Technical College of Missouri. Grover graduated with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in 2018. Upon graduation, Grover began his career providing therapy services at skilled nursing facilities for four years.  He joined the Outbound Physical Therapy and Rehab team in April of 2021.

Grover currently resides in Russellville but plans to move closer to the Jefferson city area. He is the proud father of one daughter, currently age 8. Grover enjoys kayaking, watching TV, and listening to podcasts.
