Jessica was born in Wisconsin but grew up overseas in Africa and the Middle East, she then moved back to the US for high school. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Oklahoma State University, then moved to Missouri to attend University of Missouri where she graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. Jessica worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic for 8 years prior to joining Outbound in March 2021 to provide home-based PT visits. She has completed courses for dry needling, orthopedic injuries and aftercare, vestibular, Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and other manual therapy techniques. Jessica currently lives in Taos with husband Rusty and two boys Oliver and Samuel. She enjoys being outside with her family including hiking, playing in backyard and walking the dog around the neighborhood.
