Michelle grew up in Wardsville and is a 1996 graduate of Helias High School.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2000 from Truman State University where she was a member of the softball team.  She then went on to obtain her Master of Physical Therapy in 2003 from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.  She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and has special training in manual therapy and kinesiotaping techniques.  Michelle worked in St. Louis for 3 years before returning to Jefferson City in 2006.  She joined the staff at Outbound Physical Therapy and Rehab in 2014.

Michelle and her husband Ryan currently live in Wardsville, and have two children Harper and Sloane.  She enjoys reading, attending concerts and playing softball.
